About The Italian Festival at Historic Smithville:
Entertainment at 3 stages:
- The main stage on the festival grounds features 4 hours of live entertainment by Jim Craine and the Atlantic City All Star Band, playing great Italian hits from recording artists such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tony Bennett, and Louie Prima. The show begins at 11:30 am
- Inside the venue at the gazebo pavilion and adjacent to the Bocce ball courts will be a DJ dishing out Italian favorites and on-site requests.
- Dance performances on another stage from the local talent at Dance Forum South Studio
In 2024 we featured,
- 15 Food trucks mostly specializing in great Italian cuisine
- 70 craft vendors showcasing an array of wares
- Wine Tasting from prominent local vineyards
- A beer truck, which also featured White Claw hard seltzers
- Activities for kids such as face painting, sand art, & a wheel of chance
- Free Bocce Ball games include how to play instructions. Register on site
- The 50/50 Raffle’s pot was $2,530. The winner went home with $1,265, not too shabby. Drawing at 4:30 pm. Winners do not need to be present.
Italian Festival 2024 was the best ever. We have every intention to build on that momentum and make 2025’s event even better. Hope to see you there.
